About Owners

LORNE BERRY

There’s a saying: “If you want something done, ask someone busy….” And our Lorne has been among the busiest. His first job was on a farm, then he stocked groceries at the local market. At 16 he started his first business, and he’s been a serial entrepreneur ever since.

Lorne has owned restaurants, real-estate development, a marketing company and more. In Tranont, Lorne emphasizes the “family” atmosphere built into every aspect of the company, whether as owner, Associate, Customer or employee. Lorne truly enjoys bringing everyone else in the family to the spotlight, but—master motivator and inspirational speaker that he is—Lorne delivers whenever and wherever needed.

“Our three pillars—health, wealth, and community—are not just talking points,” affirms Lorne. “They’re the foundation of our strategic decisions and vision.”

Lorne and his wife, Rissa, have two kids, and they love outdoor activities. (And if you’re starting a rock band or a world-class softball team, Lorne’s busy enough to carve out the time for either—or both!)

RUSS LOSEE

If starting businesses were a sport, Russ would be an Olympian: He’s launched 10 companies, in industries as varied as business analytics, genealogy, content filtering, ethics management, personal finance, family social sharing, and more.

And it’s not just the starting them that Russ enjoys—he goes wide and he goes deep, enveloping himself in things like product development and management, sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Russ worked construction to put himself through Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing & Finance, with a minor in Chinese.

Russ and his wife, Jaime, are proud parents of three children, and they enjoy water sports, travel and outdoor activities.

SCOTT BLAND

After a career path took Scott through the fields of physical therapy, insurance, and owning an entrepreneurial-education company—plus 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserves (including a tour of duty in Desert Storm)—he re-connected with Lorne Berry, whom he had known for 25 years, and Russ Losee in Tranont’s early days.

Along with his partners, Scott is committed to sharing the impact available within the company’s three pillars: health, wealth, and community. “We feel like everyone—whether with Tranont for years or only recently joined— has the same great opportunity to create any success they desire,” says Scott. “Our amazing products will impact your life for the better… our remarkable business opportunity means you can work toward things that impact your life financially… and we all love to give back and serve in our communities as often as we can.”

Scott and his wife, Susie, have three children and one granddaughter. The family loves spending time together, and they enjoy travel, water and snow sports, the Utah Jazz, and Jeep-ing all over.
